Possibilities and capacities of a personal spa are limited and therefore we ask You to book requested treatments in time by calling to Spa reception or the hotel reception. If necessary, cancel your reservation no later than 2 hours before the start of the treatment. When you cannot make it on time for your booked treatment, please call to Spa reception to let them know. Unfortunately, your treatment will be shorter by the time period of your delay. When you are late by half of the time of your treatment, it will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund for the payment of the treatment.
